Mr. Simon Chelugui, Minister of Water and Sanitation of Kenya participated in the kick-off meeting of the 9th World Water Forum, "Dakar 2021" as a guest, but also his country will host in April 2020 a flagship event: "Road to Dakar" which is part of the roadmap for the mobilization of East African countries at this 9th Forum in March 2021.
