The Centre international de conférences Abdou Diouf (CICAD) will host the kick-off.

A modern and accessible infrastructure with its 8 hectares of built space, the Abdou Diouf International Conference Centre was inaugurated in 2014 by President Macky Sall during the opening ceremony of the XV Francophonie Summit.

Built on an enclosed area of 14,700 m2 , it includes among other things a main hall with a capacity of 1,500 people, 6 VIP rooms, each of 100 m2, 8 simultaneous interpretation boxes, 1 exhibition centre, a VIP Restaurant with 210 seats, a public restaurant with 260 seats, a media centre with 120 seats, a car park with 200 seats, ...
